Verizon Internal Communication Contest: Website/Print
These 3 concepts are for a year long Internal Communications program designed to recognize customer facing employees who go above and beyond to be “Rock Stars” for Verizon. The program takes employees through rigorous interviews and tests their knowledge, their know-how and their sales performance for the year. It included a Flash intro video, email blasts, bi-weekly quizzes and several contests that employees could enter to win prizes. The winner gets the “Rock Star” treatment for a year that includes multiple Verizon rock concert tickets/VIP passes, exclusive access to company executives that will help them further their career opportunities and a cash prize. The program has helped Verizon spot “Rock Stars” within the company that have the ambition and drive to push the company in new and exciting directions.

Verizon Smartphone Internal Communications Website
This site was part of a 8 week Internal Communications program designed to make it fun for employees to learn about the latest Smartphones that are available to Verizon customers. It included a Flash intro video every week, email blasts, bi-weekly quizzes and several contests that employees could enter to win prizes. I served as the creative director for this project. Verizon Workshops Website
This site was built as a tool for customers to sign up for Smartphone Workshops. Verizon offers many different workshops that inform customers about the capabilities of smartphones, but needed a simple way for customers to sign up and also see all their options. The site also had a dual purpose in that it helped lower the return rates of the smartphones. The workshops eased customer fears about the phones. Instead of sending customers home on their own, Verizon was partnering with the customers to help them understand and enjoy their new purchase. This program included a Flash intro, email blasts, multiple forms and multiple informational pages.
